Regina has one mission: to find a night of passion in the arms of a gentleman. Now that Halloween is over Christmas is everywhere!! I usually wait to decorate the house or put up the tree until AFTER Thanksgiving. Somehow there just isn’t that much money in that particular Holiday so it gets hidden by all the Christmas. However.. I am going to break some of my own rules and have some Holiday books reviewed on my blog so that you might find some good seasonal reads! I have a few Christmas stories that I can’t wait to dive into and review! I’ll leave a list of the Holiday reads I have read so far at the bottom of each new post so that you might find them easier!

Okay.. lets talk about Kiss Me at Christmas!!

Things I loved: I adored the characters. Daffin is so dang honorable that I just wanted him to loosen up a little bit.  Regina has grown up and would rather stay ‘on the shelf’ than marry a man that is more interested in her money and land than herself. These two had so much in common for being born on two completely different sides of society. I liked their sense of humor through out the book. Very charming and funny. I liked the spy/mystery aspect as well. It kept me guessing at who could possible want her dead!

Things I didn’t love: The only think that I can think of was that some things felt repetitive. Regina would explain something and then when you switch POV’s, Daffin would explain it again.

It was a cute romance and such a fun Christmas time read. I am someone that likes to read to be entertained and this one did the trick! Thanks for reading!
